What Is Zumba?

Zumba is a dynamic dance workout inspired by salsa, merengue, reggaetón, cumbia,
hip hop, and more. Designed for all fitness levels, Zumba fitness classes combine fast
and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular health, burn calories, tone muscles,
and boost your mood.

Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned dancer, Zumba makes fitness accessible, fun,

What to Expect in a 1-Hour Zumba Class

Each class is led by a certified Zumba instructor who will keep you moving, smiling, and
sweating from start to finish. Here's how the 60-minute Zumba session breaks down:

  • Warm-Up (5–10 Minutes) We start with simple moves to get your body ready, loosen your joints, and set the rhythm for the class.
  • Dance Workout (40–45 Minutes) This is the heart of the session! You'll dance through a variety of energetic routines set to Latin, pop, and global beats. Routines vary in intensity to challenge your heart and keep you engaged.
  • Cool Down & Stretching (5–10 Minutes)
