What Are Aerobic Classes?
Aerobic workouts are cardio-based exercises designed to raise your heart rate,

What to Expect in Each 1-Hour Aerobic Class:
  • Dynamic Warm-Up (10 Minutes) We start every class with a light warm-up to prepare your muscles, improve mobility, and reduce injury risk.
  • High-Energy Cardio Routine (35 Minutes) Led by certified instructors, this portion includes step sequences, dance moves, and light strength exercises, all set to upbeat music. Get ready to burn fat, boost your cardiovascular health, and sweat your stress away!
  • Cool Down and Stretching (15 Minutes) We finish with a calming cool-down that helps lower your heart rate, improves flexibility, and supports muscle recovery.

Choose from in-person sessions at our fully equipped fitness studio or live virtual
classes you can join from home. All classes are 60 minutes long and led by
passionate, qualified instructors who are there to support and motivate you.
